Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the company operating this website ("we", "us", "the Company") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use this website, the trading platform, the evaluation program and any related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, country, password (stored only as a secure hash), referral code, and — for participants who reach a funded stage — the identity, tax and payout details required to pay you (for example the information on a W-9 or W-8BEN tax form and your chosen payout account). We also collect information generated by your use of the Services, such as your trading activity, account balances, login times and IP address, and standard technical data (browser type, device and log data).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to create and operate your account, run the evaluation program, process payments and payouts, verify your identity and comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations, detect collusion or abuse of the rules, provide customer support, send you service-related and (where you have not opted out) marketing emails, and improve and secure the Services.
3. Legal bases
Where required by law (for example under the GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services and preventing fraud, and your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) for optional communications.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services under contract — for example our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, our hosting and infrastructure providers, and our market-data provider — and with professional advisers, or when required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect our rights and users. These providers process your data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
5. Payment & tax data
Card and bank payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. Tax identification numbers submitted on tax forms are treated as highly sensitive and are encrypted at rest; internal staff see only the last few digits where a reference is needed.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and thereafter for as long as needed to comply with our legal, tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encryption of sensitive fields at rest, access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and material changes may be notified to you by email or on the Services.
12. Contact
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
